Pale yellow color. On the nose, it's sweet, honeyed, buttery, with white chocolate. The grain is apparent. On the palate, it's very interesting and silky. It's both salty and sweet. There's a nutmeg-like spice with notes of hazelnut, apricot, and mild lemon. It has a full body, almost chewable. Returning to the nose, it has toasted nuts. The finish is short and caramelized but leaves lingering floral and honey notes.

Loads of marsala comes through with maple syrup and shoe polish. This is tender, balanced, and warm, never overwhelming. Delicious beyond compare.
Excellent. Highly recommended.
