Talon Kelsey 3.5

A potent, expertly crafted Single Grain Irish Whiskey from Glendalough Distillery in Ireland, made with corn and malted barley. It was aged for 3 1/2 years in ex-bourbon barrels, then for 6 months in Oloroso Sherry casks, and finally finished in Madeira casks, totaling 4 years. It has an aromatic beginning with hints of rancio, sultana, granola, toffee, and pear; while its rich development adds notes of raisin, bran, oatmeal, and freshly cut oak; leading to a wine-like finish of medium duration. Penelope Cobb 2.8

Green apple, fruity, less dried fruit notes than the double. The madeira cask is nicely mellowing this whiskey. It has much more noticeable tannins, with a good sharpness. The bourbon wood influence is still prominent.

Terry Webster 4.0

Delicious spirit, with a strong raisin profile complemented by subtle, pleasant oak notes.

Penny Jewell 5.0

Oats, brown sugar, and dried fruit notes. Incredibly mellow finish.

Joseph Parent 3.3
