About this bottle

The Whistler Irish Cream is one of three expressions in the Trilogy Series, all created by Michael Walsh. Walsh holds the titles of master distiller, master blender, and family beekeeper at Boann Distillery, the brand's owner. This Irish Cream, named The Blenders Select, starts with single pot still whiskey incorporating both malted and unmalted barley. It is then blended with Irish cream derived from grass-fed cows. This cream liqueur has a bottling strength of 38 proof.

Silky, rich, and a fitting touch of whiskey essence. Exceeded my expectations somewhat, yet fell short of my ultimate desires.

Wilma Larsen 4.3

Incredibly smooth and easy to drink.
