Nose: Sweet, like bready dough, with a fruity hint of cooked apples and strawberries. A touch of creamy vanilla, reminiscent of crème brûlée, appears last, followed by a whisper of cinnamon sugar. Palate: Abundant apricot and a hint of lemon zest. A sweetness develops, bringing notes of milk chocolate-covered strawberries. Finish: Similar to the palate, with a subtle touch of cinnamon and star anise, not overwhelmingly spicy. A slightly herbal note on the retrohale after a sip. I enjoyed the aroma more than the taste, but it's a decent drink overall!
