About this bottle
The Rum Society is a new entrant in the rum market with a distinctive origin. Produced in Sweden by Pernod Ricard's Absolut division, the three numbered expressions (#40, #62, and #65) are pot-distilled, largely unaged, offered in limited quantities, and aimed at enthusiasts. The #65 is a blend of aged and unaged pot still rums from Guyana, Barbados, and Trinidad. There is speculation that some previously unused 10 Cane distillate from Trinidad might be included.
