BATCH No. - 2 PROOF - 116.6 ABV - 58.3% NEAT NOSE - This aroma is unique to bourbon in my experience, making it immediately noticeable. It primarily featured a green apple Jolly Rancher candy taste, accompanied by hints of caramel, blackberries, and other dark fruits. PALATE - The taste isn't quite as impressive as the smell, but some fruitiness (primarily green apple) and caramel are present. FINISH - Lasts a moderate amount of time. The texture in the mouth is a bit thick. BUY? - Definitely. BUY AGAIN? - I believe it merits a second bottle or at least future batches.
