It's a medium soy sauce color, transparent like Grade 1, reflects a lot of light, and is visually appealing when swirled. Aroma: It smells like damp grapes, similar to an unripened cognac. The alcohol aroma is noticeable, and there's a clean sweetness like sugarcane or soju. Upon tasting, it also has a dominant dry wood or bitter aroma. Taste: It's spicy!! The texture is light, and young sherry bursts forth. But it's definitely simple because it's only 10 years old. Instead of leading to complex flavors, it immediately transitions to a chemical sweetness or bitter oakiness. It flares up briefly like a lighter used to light a cigarette, but after lighting the cigarette, it disappears, leaving only a slight gas smell. Finish: After swallowing, it briefly emits energy with the proof and heat, then turns into an unappealingly bitter oak aroma and disappears quickly.
