Extremely mellow. Subtle whispers of peat, not to suggest a smoky scotch, but those faint traces are discernible. Enjoyed alongside mozzarella, spicy mustard, and dehydrated apricot.

A nice whisky, but it's missing something. Perhaps sweetness or peat, or something more. It's very reminiscent of Macallan.
Intense heat but abundant flavor. The finish is overwhelmingly sweet. Absolutely delightful.
