About this bottle
The oldest release to date from The Macallan, this 72-year-old single malt was distilled shortly after World War II concluded in the 1940s. This bottling is presented in one of 600 numbered Lalique decanters, commemorating the opening of The Macallan's new distillery and visitor center in June 2018. It became available starting in August 2018, with a US suggested retail price of $65,000.
