About this bottle

The John Walker Masters' Edition is a blend of scarce whiskies from six distilleries that were operational during founder John Walker's life (1805-1857); five of these are now defunct. Each component whisky has aged for a minimum of 50 years. The single malt distilleries included are Glen Albyn, Glenury Royal, and Blair Athol, while the single grain distilleries are Caledonian, Cambus, and Port Dundas. Master blender Jim Beveridge and his team married these whiskies in a bespoke cask constructed from 100-year-old staves, yielding only 100 individually numbered bottles. Each bottle is presented in a black Baccarat decanter within a cabinet crafted by N.E.J. Stevenson, Cabinet Makers by Appointment to Her Majesty The Queen. It became available in select markets in October 2018.
