I've consumed a vast quantity of gin, literally dozens upon dozens. It took 20 years and a New Zealand gin called Juno with grapefruit tonic to finally convert me. Now I truly appreciate a good G&T. Anyway, this spirit is also a good drink. You get the juniper, naturally, and numerous other botanicals. Strangely, it's prohibited to use native ingredients without a permit, so earlier versions using Australian botanicals received cease and desist notices. To me, that's absurd. I understand if something is rare or endangered, but a common native plant found in the wild? Regardless, this spirit is still good, and I purchased a bottle.
