These bitters are based on a formula used by the notable late 19th century bartender Jerry Thomas. Its flavor profile includes ginger, tangerine oil, almond, dried fruits, orange peel, and Angostura bark. The bottled alcohol content is 30% ABV.

This is my preferred bitter, adding an extra dimension of flavor to both American and Canadian rye whiskies. After sampling numerous aromatic bitters, this is the one I favor. To enhance your rye, this is the essential bitter.
Tastes VERY much like Angostura, but in my opinion, it's better because it adds brighter flavors to cocktails.
Fantastic bitters; a great pour.
