About this bottle
Gran Dovejo Tequila originates from the Highlands of Jalisco, specializing in single-estate tequilas. A fifth-generation agave farmer cultivates the agave plants in Los Altos. The agave hearts are harvested manually and subsequently roasted in clay ovens for 36 hours. Following this, the hearts are shredded, their juices are extracted, fermented, and then twice distilled using copper alembic stills. The spirit is bottled without delay post-distillation.
