Thin, oily legs after swirling and a dark gold honey color visually entice one into this whiskey. The aroma is fruity and nutty, with notes of salted walnuts, honey, black grapes, red apple, vanilla, and milk chocolate. The palate presents as sweet and fruity. Apple, cherry, kiwi, plum, pear, the sensation of straw in your mouth, and aromatic pipe tobacco notes all intermingle on the palate. The finish is long and dry, subtly shifting the overall direction of the tasting experience. Telluride Distilling, much appreciation! Cheers!

A visit to the Mountain Village after an early gondola ride. A pleasant experience, ending with a sweet finish for such a young spirit. Worth trying while in the San Juans.
Pale in color. Smells of cherry and apple. Mild flavor. Tastes of oak and caramel. Doesn't have much burn.
It really opens up with a bit of water... it's a different experience without it.
Possesses a spicy character, reminiscent of a high-rye content with cinnamon.
