This bottle has been open for about 5 months, with less than half remaining. The aroma is honey, cloves, and ripe figs. The taste is rich, creamy, and oily, with a dominant honey and fig flavor, complemented by a spicy, peppery, and long, sweet cinnamon finish. This is a superb Irish whiskey that rivals the best I've had. Very enjoyable. Clearly from a specific distillery. A bit young, otherwise a perfect score.
