Sweet, spicy, and tannic. You might want to dislike it, but it's incredibly moreish. It's difficult to describe, but it has sharp (in a good way) plum notes, and the finish lasts for ages. It's exactly what you'd anticipate from a whiskey aged in Pinot Noir barrels. Lovely chocolate and cocoa nib flavors emerge.
