It's light and sugary. The initial taste is of sugar and vanilla, followed by a hint of woodiness that adds intrigue. The finish is rather brief. It's essentially the blueprint for excellent Irish whiskey.
The aroma offers oak and vanilla, alongside grassy, floral characteristics and a whisper of honey sweetness. It's my preferred choice for Irish whiskey.
Sweet aroma, straw/grass on the palate, bitter, with a sweet caramel finish and a nice balance of oak/vanilla.
