This bottling from Teeling Whiskey is the second in the Renaissance series, succeeding the successful Revival range. Volume 2 has undergone a total of 18 years of maturation, initially in ex-bourbon barrels, followed by the last 18 months in ex-Australian shiraz wine casks. It is bottled at 46% ABV and was made available in October 2020.

A rich jam with honey and berry fruit. Smells like: Strawberries, Honey, Coconuts, Papayas, Blueberries, White Chocolate, Marzipan, Peaches, Morello Cherries, Blood Oranges, Grapefruit Tastes like: Mangoes, Blackberries, Papayas, Passionfruit, Luxardo Cherries, Milk Chocolate, Walnuts, Blood Oranges, Ginger Lingers with: Plums, Strawberries, Raisins, Honey, Toffee, Pineapples, Milk Chocolate, Papayas
Lemongrass and wheat on the nose with a subtle hint of burnt butter. Strong buttered popcorn flavors.
