With this Single Malt Whiskey, Teeling Distillery from Dublin is once again breaking new ground, showcasing its full innovative power. The addition of so-called Crystal Malt to the mash bill of the classic Teeling Single Malts and exclusive aging in fresh American Oak casks create an elegant whiskey with distinct notes of toffee and caramel. Nose: Very elegant, almost unobtrusively polite, with fresh notes of green apple and pear compote, accompanied by brown sugar, gentle vanilla, and hints of oak. Palate: A touch of toffee coats the palate, accompanied by apple pie and fresh pastries, followed by pleasant toffee and honey sweetness. Finish: Medium-long and silky sweet, with gentle hints of cinnamon and caramel.
