Tattersall Voyageurs Five Grain Whiskey is a limited release created in collaboration with Voyageurs Conservancy, an official non-profit partner of Minnesota's Voyageurs National Park. This whiskey features a five-grain mash bill including rye, wheat, oat, corn, and barley. It undergoes maturation for nearly three years in charred Minnesota white oak and is bottled at 45% ABV. Production was limited to 120 cases. Proceeds from its sale will support the organization's efforts to preserve the park's natural environment and dark skies. It became available in Minnesota on March 31, 2021.
