Tattersall Bottled in Bond Wheated Bourbon is among the initial two bonded bourbons from the Minneapolis-based producer. This wheated bourbon is created using locally sourced grains and matures in Minnesota white oak barrels for a duration of four to five years. It became available in limited quantities across Minnesota starting in November 2020.

02/18/2023 Tattersall (River Falls, WI) has a beautiful establishment! Second drink of the day. I enjoyed this pour with one ice cube. Oaky aroma. Very oak-forward and a harsher flavor profile.
A pleasant lingering taste, quite woody. However, the mouthfeel and palate are somewhat unorganized, with a slight bitterness/tanginess. A hint of smoke is present.
Notes of vanilla and shortbread, though it's a little too strong for my preference.
