Sweet American-style gin. 80 proof. Made with only 4 botanicals, including juniper, cucumber, coriander, & tangerine zest. The cucumber flavor is less pronounced than in a Hendrick's style gin. Curiously, the juniper is also more subdued. This gin seems a bit thin for a spirit-forward cocktail like a martini, though I haven't tried it that way, having only had a small sample at the distillery. It's an intriguing spirit, but I'm hoping for more of a local flavor profile and less of a mass-produced product. To be continued...
