Western Son Texas Gin

I really like this, it's the first time I've tried gin straight. Served chilled, the cucumber is prominent. At room temperature, I notice more citrus and sweetness.

This gin is quite good. The aroma is heavy with cucumber. The taste is a pleasingly sweet citrus that becomes juniper and herbs.

Cucumber, lime, mint, juniper, orange peel, grapefruit, tangerine
