Talisker's annual limited edition Distillers Edition, part of a series from Diageo featuring select single malt Scotch whisky distilleries, was distilled in 1992 and bottled in 2005 at 91.6 proof. This particular bottling underwent a double maturation, with a finishing period in casks that previously held Amoroso sherry, a blend of Oloroso and PX sherry.
