On the nose, there are sweet, green, and sour apple notes. The initial taste has a subtle, airy quality with some tannin underneath. The spice is inconsistent for my palate. Adding ice makes little difference. It doesn't present much.
Clearly grain-forward with a taste like young bourbon, yet smooth and enjoyable to sample.
Terrible flavor with a harsh corn taste at the end.
