SWHEAT

I admire this distillery. It was an unplanned stop during our KBT trip. We were treated to an outstanding tasting and a personal tour of the facility. The owner, Dave, even let us sample an experimental batch of the OCD #5 and kindly signed our bottles. Regardless, SWHEAT is one of the bottles we acquired from Glenn's Creek, and I'm very pleased with that decision. While it wasn't my top choice for sipping, it made a fantastic Old Fashioned until it was gone!
