strathearn highland single malt scotch whisky

A bit pricey for this initial offering, but I'm really enjoying the taste profile. It has honey and saltine cracker notes, plus something distinctive I can't quite identify, but it works well (could it be the Maris Otter Malt?). I'm very enthusiastic about their future releases!
