Tamra Valdez 3.8

Nose: Umami, soy sauce, chocolate, toffee, vanilla. Green & Fresh. Palates: Spicy, ginger, black pepper, chilli, chocolate, walnut, oak, cherries Finish: Medium finish. Leather, oak, surprisingly fresh fruit (apples, plums, peaches) 1 of 260 bottles Thick and unctuous, very well integrated layers - there’s a lot going on in this dram. Hard to pinpoint the tastes and ever changing. Delicious! A great grain whiskey - possibly one of the best single grain whiskies I’ve tasted.
