About this bottle
Last Straw Distillery's first whisky release from Concord, Ontario, is this 100% rye whisky from a single cask. Local rye grain was fermented and distilled to 62.5% before being aged for three years in a 53-gallon virgin American oak cask with a #3 char. This bottling is exclusive to Ontario and is presented at 43% alcohol.
