Aroma: red apples, fruitcake, jolly rancher, very sweet and pleasant Taste: apple, caramel, maple, orange, baking spice A distinctive whiskey. The fruity aroma is very appealing. I can't recall another whiskey that delivers apple, orange, and maple simultaneously. I wish it were 10 proof points higher to see what further flavors could be extracted. My only criticism is that the finish length varies for some reason, BUT it is extending as this whiskey airs out. A great pour!
