Benson Aranda 2.5

An potent, barrel-strength, single barrel straight bourbon whiskey, produced in Texas using locally sourced grains. Its composition includes 26% blue corn, 25% white corn, 44% rye, and 5% malted barley. It is aged for at least two years in American white oak barrels and bottled at 100 proof. The aroma presents initial notes of grain, wood, herbs, and spices, evolving into rich flavors of sweet corn and caramel. The finish is balanced, medium in length, with hints of oak, rye spice, and cinnamon. Recorded in November 2023.

Savanna Cardoza 4.0

NEAT NOSE - Blueberries, Grape Jelly, Caramel, Herbal Tea and Cane Sugar PALATE - A slightly viscous feel. Notes of caramel, herbal tea, honey, and dark fruits. FINISH - Similar to the other two Still Austin BiB seasonal releases, the finish is smooth and long. OVERALL - This might be the best BiB from Still Austin to date. A close second is the red corn expression. This is fantastic and definitely worth buying!

Daniel Baumann 4.0

Smells like butterscotch, toffee, caramel, or maple syrup, with vanilla. Tastes of oak and baking spice, with a rich, buttery feel and a lingering spiciness.

Kaylie Ordonez 4.0

Pleasant and flavorful, quite mellow with a gradual warmth as it goes down.

Jayson Vail 3.3

I didn't like it. Just a standard corn whiskey flavor.

Chadwick Ryan 4.3

One of my top choices.
