Nose: Immediate bright sweetness with notes of peach, dried apricots, and sweetened corn, followed by rye spices and a subtle hint of tobacco or oak. Palate: An initial wave of sweet corn gives way to darker flavors like sweet Caribbean rum, molasses, and burnt sugar. Finish: Rye spice and smoky oak. Overall: A very complex blend of sweet, dark, and spicy notes, and remarkably smooth! I would like to try more of this.

An excellent whiskey, especially considering its price. It was finished in rum casks, but there's not much spice on the palate. Bottled at 100 proof, yet there's no harsh burn. I believe it's primarily sold in Colorado, but it's certainly worth trying if you can find it, and I will definitely repurchase it.
This bourbon-rye blend is uniquely finished in rum barrels for a powerful flavor experience. It’s mildly spicy, moderately complex with the rich, molasses notes from the rum. It’s strong, too!
