Joseph Cheek 4.5

An exclusive pick from Arkansas. 5 years old, 111.12 proof. Nose: Reminiscent of a barely legal rye, with sweet mint, toasted marshmallows, butterscotch, and maple syrup. It's rich and dessert-like. Taste: A pleasant, oily mouthfeel with berries, abundant caramel, molasses, barrel char, and baking spices. A truly fun sweet and spicy pour. Finish: Enjoyable, long, and semi-dry. More red berries, fig, and spice notes. A delightful single barrel that evokes a certain Four Roses expression. A true find!

Adolfo Valdovinos 4.0

Aged for 5 years at 112.08 proof. The aroma brings candy and peanut notes. The palate resembles a Willett, with profound oak, nuttiness, and a thick texture. The extended finish offers hints of spice, dill, and pepper.

Wallace Blackwell 3.5

Getting a lot of vanilla notes with some caramel. Store pick from Clayton Wine House.
