A robust Bourbon Whiskey from St. Augustine Distillery in Florida, made with a mash bill of 60% Florida corn, 22% barley, and 18% Florida wheat. It was aged for at least 3 years in American white oak barrels, then finished in a new toasted barrel before being bottled at 47% ABV. It begins with an aromatic profile of grains, wood, fruits, nuts, herbs, and spices. A full and rich body adds notes of cherry-vanilla ice cream, marshmallow, toffee, and sage, leading to a slightly creamy, medium-length finish with notes of more toffee, oak, dark chocolate, cinnamon, Brazil nut, banana leaf, tobacco, and leather.
