St. Augustine Barrel Finished Gin

This is a crisp, artisanal gin from St. Augustine Distillery in Florida, made with 100% locally grown sugar cane neutral spirit, 4 types of citrus, and a dozen botanicals. It's distilled in a pot still and then aged for 1 year in freshly emptied bourbon barrels. It begins aromatically with notes of berries, wood, fruits, herbs, and spices. Its crisp character brings forth notes of juniper, angelica, and coriander, leading to a smooth, medium-length finish with a hint of oak. May 2024
