Bottle 1408 A rich Straight Bourbon Whiskey from St. Augustine Distillery in Florida, made with a mash bill of 60% Florida corn, 22% barley & 18% Florida wheat. It was aged for at least 3 years in American white oak barrels, then finished for 2 years in Apera Sherry casks before being bottled at 51.9% ABV. It has an aromatic beginning with notes of grains, wood, fruits, nuts, herbs & spices; while a rich & full body adds notes of raisin, salted caramel & fig newtons; leading to a slightly creamy & nutty finish of medium length with notes of pepper, oak, chocolate, peanut, coconut, tobacco & leather.
