A beautiful aroma of citrus and a hint of vanilla (reminiscent of meringue!), this whisky is clearly in the same family as the distillery's 10-year core range offering, but less honeyed and more focused on zest and lemon oil. Marinated ginger, hardwood, and white pepper on the finish with a touch of coconut on the retronasal. Another beautiful single cask from Springbank!
