The nose presents mineral freshness, peat smoke, and rich sherry notes combined with nuts, concrete, and the scent of an old TV screen. The palate takes you on a journey through the entire flavor spectrum: sweet, sour, bitter, salty, and savory – it's all present. A true chameleon, both complex and well-balanced, leading to a long, substantial, and semi-dry finish. At just 12 years old, this cask strength whisky couldn't be much better!
