Spirit of Hven's Organic Summer Spirit begins with their aged organic wheat vodka, infused with fresh elderflowers and aged for 12 months in virgin oak. It is then re-distilled with botanicals including bitter orange, rhubarb, and apples, sourced locally. Further aging in virgin oak occurs, with portions aged for one, two, and three years. Bottled at 40% ABV, this spirit contains no artificial colors, additives, or filtration and uses all organic ingredients.
