Jayleen Leyva 2.0

The first bottle for our club. I acquired this for a specific price at a liquor store, advertised as a single malt from a particular region. It was light, clear, and rather unremarkable. To me, this is a drawback as I prefer scotch with more character. Very subtle aroma hinted at honey and light wood notes. The taste was soft with a barely noticeable finish. Glad to have tried it, but likely wouldn't buy it again.

Caleb Spears 3.0

Tried this for the first time in January 2018. Mild and sweet smelling. Earthy and richer than Chivas on the palate. Smooth going down with a pleasant, subtle aftertaste.

Inez Lynch 2.0

Initial strong flavor on the front of the tongue which rises to the roof of the mouth. Left with a feeling of flatness when I expected it to build.

Osvaldo Hein 4.5

Dessert in a glass. Creme brulee and cantaloupe with a hint of leather.

Marcel Batista 3.8

Excellent quality for its price.
