Crafted with skill, but not my top choice. Quite bitter with notes of clove, anise, mint, and perhaps coffee or chicory. Best enjoyed as a sipping digestif, it's challenging to use in cocktails due to minimal sweetness or citrus. Experimentation will be enjoyable.
