About this bottle
Wheat and corn cultivated near the Lakewood, New York distillery form the basis of this whiskey. Initial maturation occurs in barrels made from new, charred oak sourced locally. A subsequent finish takes place in barrels previously used for aging maple syrup, reflecting early American distilling traditions. It is bottled at 84 proof.
