Traveling today, so I stopped at the distillery for some dessert! For a higher proof, the aroma was very subtle. The taste was very smooth and refreshing, with no bite or unpleasant flavor. It goes down nicely with a very warm sensation at the end. Neat, as always; happy I purchased a bottle! Actually managed to get bottle #1 of 184! A pleasant place to stop for a rest, and you have to love the aroma!
