Delaney Yu 2.8

The initial tasting revealed an overwhelming alcohol presence and burn. A revisit nine months later showed significant mellowing. It possesses a pleasing copper hue. The nose carries alcohol, wood, and vanilla notes. The taste mirrors the nose, with wood being prominent in the medium finish. The mouthfeel is rather light. Further aging or a different barrel maturation would be interesting. The flavor profile is comparable to the All Points West Malt and Grain Whiskey due to similar mash bills and identical ABV.

Haylee Ashton 4.0

A gentle wave of vanilla and caramel comes through, supported by a bread-like, malted texture on the palate, concluding with a lingering, subtle oak aftertaste.

Jayleen Omalley 3.5

Caramel and vanilla notes with a bready, slightly woody conclusion.

Jodie Espino 3.8

Slightly smoky and earthy with hints of butterscotch.
