Drinking it neat, it's very smooth for a 46% spirit, with bright juniper, herbaceous, and citrus flavors that give way to a pleasant warmth. Best served ice-cold, it makes an excellent dry martini. With tonic, it was particularly enjoyable mixed with two parts Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic water, plenty of ice, and garnished with ruby grapefruit and fresh rosemary. A solid, addictive, and adaptable gin, but exceptionally good neat.
