A potent, fruit-infused vodka from San Francisco, California, showcasing watermelon. The high acidity resulted in a complex and tart conclusion. 'True-to-fruit Infusions' January 2019
Smells pleasant, somewhat sweet, not smooth, could benefit from more liquor to sweeten it slightly. Or perhaps some bubbly mixed with it along with simple syrup. Maybe triple sec.
