It's very pleasant sipped neat, though perhaps a bit harsh due to its starchy nature; adding ice might mellow it for those who find it overwhelming. I can't imagine a better representation of Louisiana in vodka form. It truly feels like I can smell and taste those warm, humid rice fields. Impressive. Well done.

This vodka is mellow and simple to sip. The aroma immediately transports you to the Louisiana bayou. A strong, welcoming rice essence is present. It's the finest rice vodka I've encountered from the States, hands down. It works well mixed or on the rocks. I strongly suggest it for anyone wanting to sample a rice vodka. You can't miss with this bottle.

Very creamy and possesses a very distinct taste. Never had a vodka quite like this... somewhat like vanilla.
