A Nocino from Skip Rock, produced in Washington using unripe walnuts and bottled at 33% ABV in 375ml containers. The aroma presents dry nuts and wood. The taste has light maple syrup, bitters, and then mildly toasted walnut, which fades rapidly in the finish. It's suitable for cocktail mixing. For sipping, I'd prefer a less sweet and more pronounced walnut flavor.
