Made with in-house quintuple-distilled vodka and 40 botanicals, including algae, seaweed, and eelgrass, the profile of this gin is exceptionally smooth and light with a hint of juniper, fresh mint, and a distinct maritime, slightly salty, and vegetal freshness. It's well-balanced, very easy to drink, and quite delightful. However, I do wish it had a bit more presence and intensity, as tonic makes it very watery.
