A balanced gin, somewhere between a London Dry style and an Old Tom, from Sheffield, offering a vibrant flavor profile due to the botanical selection, which includes elderflower, dandelion, and pink grapefruit. The name is an homage to the local legend, Robin Hood! It has an aromatic beginning with notes of juniper and elderflower; while a floral middle adds notes of warm cassis and dandelion; leading to a rich, medium-length finish with notes of citrus and pink grapefruit. My preferred standard gin available, though quite difficult to find in the United States. It has floral and bright qualities, and drinks very smoothly.
